The guarantees noted below are for purchases made on this website only (

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  We pride ourselves in providing the healthiest corals prior to shipment however, if you receive a coral damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), contact us immediately within two hours upon receipt. Please provide pictures of the damaged/dead coral.  DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DAMAGED/DEAD CORAL UNTIL INSTRUCTED BY US.  Doing so may void your claim entirely.

For approved DOA claims, we will send a replacement of the coral (subject to availability) and cost of shipping at NO CHARGE to you.  If the coral is no longer available, you can choose to receive a refund or store credit, less shipping cost.     


Survival Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour survival guarantee on all our corals.  You must notify us within 48-hours (upon receipt) of any issues, no exceptions.  In the event your coral dies within 48-hours upon receipt, we will gladly issue store credit, less shipping cost.
