Shipping Information


Where do you ship?

Shipping is limited to the continental U.S at this time.


How will my order ship?

All livestock ship via FedEx (Next Day Priority Overnight) and packaged in insulated cardboard boxes, Styrofoam, and heat (or cool) packs to maintain the most stable environment during transit.


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within two to three business days after being placed.  You will receive an email confirming the order and estimate shipment date.

Orders are shipped on a weekly basis, Monday through Thursday (weather permitting).

Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.  

Please note, FedEx is closed in observance of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. In these cases, your order will ship on the next business day after the holiday.


How will I be know when my order ship?

You will receive a final email notification when your order ships which will include FedEx tracking details.


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs (Continental U.S.):


  • Within California – $20 (flat rate)

  • Continental U.S. – $30 (flat rate).

  • Saturday delivery – $25.00 additional charge.


What type of payments do you accept?   

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 


PayPal is accepted however, payments made through PayPal are processed manually.  (We are working to resolve this.)  Please use our Contact Us page to submit your order and include the following:


  • Item Name

  • Item Number

  • Quantity desired


You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and steps on how to submit payment.


Special Requests

We will try to accommodate special requests such as delaying shipment or last minute additions to orders already placed.  Please send us a message immediately through our Contact Us page to make arrangements. 



From time to time, we understand customers may come across issues such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that will prevent them from taking delivery of their order in a timely manner.  Because of this, we can delay shipment (for orders paid for, in full) for up to ONE WEEK from the date All Delight Corals confirms the order placed.  Please note, we cannot guarantee the quality of the corals after this period.



Our inventory changes daily and perhaps there are corals now available on our website that you want to add to a recently placed order.  If your order has not yet shipped, we can combine orders to save you on shipping costs.  Simply place an order for the additional coral and submit a message through our Contact Us page.  In the message, indicate you would like to combine orders to save on shipping costs.  Your account will be credited for freight if the orders can be combined.
